Mayor Laking asked the City Engineer to give a report regarding City Eng.,
re Flooding.
flooding in the City due to recent heavy rains and the City Engineer
gave an over-all rundown of the problem areas.
Mr. Ron Watt, 3620 Devon Road, asked for a report on the Dominion
Avenue pump and asked whether the pump could not be lowered to drain
more water. The City Engineer advised the pump is as low as possible.
An extended discussion then ensued on the flooding in the agricultural
area.
