By-law No. 1630: to rezone Block 'D" of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 16682 EXCEPT ° Parcel 62 (Plan 19248) New Westminster District, from RS-2 (One- Fanily Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential). This property is located at 3953 Cedar Drive and it is expected that approximately twenty-three residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures.
