ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, October
23rd, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend
the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918".

By-law No. 1630: to rezone Block 'D" of the Northeast Quarter of

the Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 16682 EXCEPT °
Parcel 62 (Plan 19248) New Westminster District, from RS-2 (One-
Fanily Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential).
This property is located at 3953 Cedar Drive and it is expected
that approximately twenty-three residential lots will be created

following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected im the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between. the

- hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — on working days ~ from Ortober 12th to

October 23rd, 1978.
All persons who deem their interest in property afifected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard! at the Public
