Re: "Land Use Contract No. 19 Authorization
By-law, 1976, No. 1487"

Prior to the above-noted By-law receiving its third reading, we
will be requesting that the Council make the following technical changes to
Land Use Contract No. 19: |

1. That Section 12(c) be amended to delete the figure $137,030.00 and
insert the figure $136,430.00.

That the following words be added to the end of Section 13(b):

“which said amount is included in Clause (c) of Section 12 and

in Section 2 of Schedule."D"."

That Section 15(c) be amended to delete the figure $27,775.00 and

insert the figure $14,072.00.

That Section 2 of Schedule "D" be amended by reducing the payment
of $19,800.00 for Water Capital Fund Contribution to $19,200.00
and by reducing the total from $137,030.00 to $136,430.00.

The appropriate resolution will be prepared and placed on the

Council agenda next week when third reading of the By~law is scheduled to

be considered.
