Mortgage or any other security or any part thereof in such
order as the Mortgagee may determine.

Any notice of demand given by the Mortgagee to any Guarantor
herein described may be served personally or by sending the

same by registered mail addressed to the Guarantor at the
address in Canada last known to the Mortgagee and any notice

so served shall be deemed to have been received by the Guarantor
three (3) days after being so mailed, or.on serve. :

The within guarantee shall enure to the benefit of. the Mortgagee,
its successors and. assigns and shall] be binding on the Guarantor, his
respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors. and assigns, and
it is agreed that the expression "Guarantor" above set forth shall be .
read and contrived as meaning the plural or the feminine or body corporate
or politic where the parties hereto so require and 2]11.of the above
-covenants, obligations and agreements shall be deemed .to be joint as
well as several whenever more than.one party has.executed the within
