FUE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW NO. 1665 , A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Water Works Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991", JUN 25 1979 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows; 1. “Section 11 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Water Works Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991" is repealed and the following substituted: "V1, Applications for the turning on or off of the water service to any premises shall be nade in writing to the City Clerk accompanied by a fee of Twelve Dollars and Fifty Cents ($12.50)." ~ 2. " ‘The By-law is further amended by repealing Section 26 and gubstituting the following therefor: . "26. (a) During the period of time extending from May lst to September 30th, inclusive, in each year the sprinkling of lawns and gardens is restricted in accord with the following schedule: (i) Premises that are designated with an even -£ ynomber under the City's street numbering system may sprinkle lawns and gardens on even numbered calendar days only. Premises that are designated with an odd number wnder the City's street numbering system may sprinkle lawns and gardens on odd numbered calendar days only. Notwithstanding the provisions of subclauses (1) and (iL) of this clause all premises in the City may sprinkle lawns and gardens on August Ist and September Ist.
