March 23, 1992/083 From the Director of Planning, March 19th, 1992 regarding 2450 Lobb Avenue Rezoning Application No. 4/92, Developmeut Permit No. 5/92, Official Community Plan Amendment No. 6/92. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from A~1 Agricultural to RM-3 Townhouses under Section 963 of the Municipal Act and for amendment to the Official Community Plan Designation from "Residential" to “Apartment” subject to: L. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Input into requirements for protecting the sanitary sewer force main from the GVS & DD; Approval from the Superintendent of dykes, Ministry of Environment; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Director; and 6. Satisfaction of Building Departments concerns. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit 5/92; And that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when completed subject to the conditions noted above.
