BYLAW 2624

WHEREAS the “Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 27, 1991, No. 2624"
received first two readings on October 2ist, 1991;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most
recent Capital Expenditure Prograg;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Induatrial Development Strategy”;
AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, ineluding the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2624 was read a
third time on November 18th, 1991;

NOW THEREFOR? BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw Ne. 2624 and the
City's most recent Capital Expenditure Prograa;

‘THAT no inconaistency cam be seen to exist between the amendment to the
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2624 and the
Economic Strategy Plan” that waa presented to Council at its meeting of May
l3th, 1985; . .

THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND THAT the aaid Bylaw No. 2624 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
