signals for the intersection at Prairie Avenve and Oxford Street. res eo

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: | es

Council has given conceptual approval to the installation of traffic signals :
at the above noted intersection. Because Engineering Department staff does a .
not have the technical expertise to carry out the design work in house, the : nr
firm of R.P. Shaflik Engineering Ltd. was requested to submit a proposal to Be og
the Committee so that design work could proceed. A copy of their proposal is Bo Es
attached for information. Once the design work has been completed, a detailed : PO as
cost estimate will be prepared for consideration by the Committee and a
subsequent presentation to Council for approval of funds to install the oe | |
