Attack Warning Siren ~ Coast Meridian Road at Victorla Drive

That the memorandum of Agreement between the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada wherein a license
is granted to Her Majesty to maintain an Attack Warning Siren on Coast
Meridian Road at Victoria Drive for a term of 5 years from September lst,
1990 together with an option for a further 5 year term be approved;

And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
said Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

A copy of the agreement. that would be approved by passage of tre.
