Jn connection with the above noted subject we are pleased to be able

to grant permission for the holding of your block party in the cul-de~sac at |
Earls Court as shown on the map attached.

In accordance with our usual procedure which follows instructions
issued by ou. Council, we would advise as follows:

. 1. This permission is effective only from 3:00 pem. to 11:00 p.m. on
Saturday, July Ist, 1989.

2. The making of excessive noise that might disturb neighbors not
participating in the party is prohibited.

a 3e This permission is granted on the understanding that the party is
primarily for the residents of your street; not invited guests.

4. You are reminded that if the consumption of liquor is involved the
= appropriate permits must be obtained, The consumption o£

alcoholic beverages on parks, streets, or other public property is
not to be permitted.

3. It is very important that access for emergency vehicles be
preserved at all times and barriers erected or other activities
taking place must be capable of quick removal or discontinuance in

the event the passage of fire equipment police vehicles, or other
emergency vehicles is required.
