COMMENTS: This application for a development variance permit arose from the Architect's reacting to the City Planning Department's design criteria for the site, reducing building height. In revising drawings To improve the view plane from buiidings To the north, site coverage was increased beyond the amount permitted. Approval of this application +s recommended, 45 the building height has been reduced below what is permitted to provide additional views for buildings to the north. Overall site amenities are not affected by the increase of site coverages The part of the site affected is the parking Lot between the building service area and the adjoining lacrosse DOX.
