January 12th, 1986 / 5 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci| Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, January 12th, 1987 at 7:30 pem. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance, Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Treasurer J.G. Maitland, City Engineer F.E. Peters, and Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered: BL/01/87/01/12/01 Bylaw No. 2223: To rezone Parcel A, Lot 1, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 1111, Except part subdivided by Plan 59820, New Westminster District from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family Residential). The property is addressed as 1955 Pitt River Road and the rezoning would permit the subdivision of the property into two single family residentiai lots. No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing. BL/02/87/01/ 12/04 Bylaw No. 2224: To rezone Lot 1, Section 17, Biock 6 North Range 1 East, Plan 70549, New Westminster District, from CS-2 (Service Station Commercial!) to CS-| (Service Commercial). The property is addressed as 815 Holland Avenue and the rezoning would permit the construction on the property of a convenience grocery store in conjunction with a gasoline service station.
