BYLAW NO. 2235

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
zoning Bylaw, 1979, Noe 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those Certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which
is more particularly described as:

Lots B and Lots 19, 20, and 21
Block "Q"

District Lot 289

Group One

Plan 2138

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=-1 (Single Family Residential) to RM-4 (Multiple Family

Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2235".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of January, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of January, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 9th day of February, 1987.
