Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J. Maitland, Director of Community Planning W. Brown, and Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor. SPECIAL PRESENTATION: NP/01/85/05/27/01 “His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced representatives of the Welcome Wagon and proclaimed the week of June 2 - 9, 1985 "Welcome Wagon Week", ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered: BL/02/85/05/27/02 | Bylaw No. 2096: To rezone Lot 352 (except part included in Statutory Right-of-Way Plan 68301), District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 32286, New Westminster District, from RS-2 to CD. _ This property is located at 1190 Pitt River Road and it is expected that following completion of the rezoning procedures a commercial development approximately 11,000 sq.ft. in area will be constructed on: the property and parking will be provided for approximately 52 vehicles. It is expected that a service station, grocery store, cafe, and commercial rental units will be included in the development.
