TWh conronstr WON, A by-law to authorize The Corporst don of the City of Port to dispose of a portidon of Road show lot 232, Group One, Kew Westminster District in exchange for sufficient Jand to relocate the said portion of road, a S The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is desirous of cancelling a portion of Road: shown dedicated on Plana 19665 gu District Tot 232, Group One, New Westminster District jn the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of British Columbia; AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the Jand described in Section 2 of this By-law has. agreed lo convey the said land to the City in exchange for the land comprising the portion of Road shown dedicated on Plan 19665 in District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District to ba cancelled; AND WHEREAS the tondeipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Council may by By-law dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange for such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving, widening, straightening, rve-locattng or- diverting the highway ; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Gity of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts a’s follows: i. The Corporation of. the City of Fort Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey to the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2 of this By~law, ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises which may be more particularly described as follows: All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 19665 in Block 1 of District Tot 232, Group One, New Westminster District s hatched on a Reference Plan certified by Walter E.
