May be acceptable within your community which may
bring some possible Savings. As a board we are
very conscientious as to the level of service
acceptable to the public, however we are equally
concerned as to the amount of money to accomplish
this.

It would be very much appreciated if we could
have your reactions, if any, back by early January
as the board will be discussing the budget in detail
on January 7, 1981 at a special meeting.
