MEMORANDUM

Re: Proposed Subdivision of Lots 24 to 26 inclusive, Block I, D.L. 255,
Plan 2106 ~ Our File S#25-73 - 1735 Langan Avenue

Attached hereto please find a print of the above mentioned
subdivision plan which has been submitted to this office for approval
by the Approving Officer. Proposed lots 111 and 112 do not meet the
frontage requirements of the City's Subdivision of Land By-law. You
will recall. that this proposed subdivision was recently rezoned from
RS-2 to RS~1. Would you please place this matter before the Municipal
Council with a request that the Council favourably consider granting an
exemption to Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act as outlined in Section

712 (2) of the Municipal Act.
