Mosquite Control Some ground control work in the City of Port Coquitlam, Mosquito Control Policy for 1973 The Health Committee recommend to Council that : by Council, spraying should Council authorize it. is likely to take place should it be authorized, (4) The Committee recommend the continued membership in subject to an acceptable agreement being drawm up and sub with the previous years. The Health Committee met in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Thursday, January 11, 1973. Present were Chairman, Alderman Meyer; Alderman Traboulay , Dr. J.D. Munroe and Max Ratner from the Simon Fraser Health Unit and L.D.
