not be re-educated to find a
decent paying job, is she to
be blamed for the low prioti-

on such programs?

And if she is being paid 40
per cent less than a man for
work of equal value, is she to

tunaté ‘choice. she. made to

And if she becomes preg. a

Dear Sir:

In the month of Auguit I
wrote two letters to the
mayor, One of the letters was
in regards to a dangerous
situation on the railroad
over pass.

During the month of
September, I wrote letters to

the mayor and to each of the ~
aldermen. This’ letter dealt
with what I perceive to be an

_ unfair hiring practice of the
City of Terrace. © -

_My reason for this letter is

. to make the taxpayers aware
_ of the type of people we have

on council, |

I wish to point out that in
each case, not one member
of couricil had the decency to
respond to my letters in any
way. ;

I would like to stiggest that

the voters give these people .

on council a clear message,
and that message should be
— ‘The role of those gover-
ning is to accord to the
wishes of those governed.”

Day after day they are on
his heels, trying to find fault
with him. Nothing but-dirty
NDF tactics!
According to this gang the
premier is not supposed to
have a joint account in the

bank with his wife (like most
married couples have) or
hold a mortgage on Fantasy
Gardens,

It represents a potential

conflict of interest, they say.
one thing is not.

The Province and on BCTY.
The media sharks are
masters of insinuation. and
falsehood, Is the CRTC not
able to control them?
