Total finished floor area is roughly 15,600 sq. ft. The proposed strata plan is to subdivide the building into 4 units. . Parking and loading are adequately provided and the allocation | of these facilities is as shown on the attached sketch. In. approving strata subdivision of residential buildings, the City has been charging $300 for water and $150 for parks for every unit to be created. It is necessary for Council to decide if this policy is to apply to-industrial buildings. This application was considered by the Planning and Zoning Committee at the August 21, 1975 meeting and the Committee recommends approval of the strata subdivision. LY Lee Planning Officer
