From the Director of Planning, July 6, 1994 regarding Rezoning Application No. 25/94 and
Development Permit Application No. 25/94 for 1546 and 1560 Grant Avenue.

That Rezoning Application No. 25/94 for 1546 and 1560 Grant Avenue be approved to proceed
for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and RT-1 (Two-Family Residential) to RM-4
(Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning, including an indoor
recreation aarea in full compliance with Bylaw requirements.

b. Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; and

Submission of landscaping plans and issuance of a tree cutting permit to the satisfaction of
the Parks and Recreation Department.

Satisfaction of the Building Department concerns.
Satisfaction of the Fire Department concems.
Consolidation of the properties into one lot.
Visitor parking to be isolated from residents parking by a security gate.

h: Issuance of a Development Permit.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Pennit No. 26/94; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the
conditions noted above.
