Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation
Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;
Consolidation of the properties into one lot;
f. Issuance of a Development Permit; and
g. The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges.
That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 111/92; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to
the conditions noted above.

i. Deinoiition of the existing house on the property;

Registration of a restrictive covenant on the property to prevent conversion of house
to contain 2 secondary suite; and

The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges.
