BYLAW NO. 2710 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after Firet Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital exvenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between then; examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development. Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The designation "Residential" shown on Schedule "B" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" applying to: Those portions of: Lot 2, Plan 13559; Lots 4, 5, and 6, Plan 22267; and Lot 3, Plan 11395; Section 6 Block 6 North Range 1 East; New Westminster District; having an area of 3.24 ha (8 acres) shown included within Lot "B" shown on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is removed and the designation “Schools” 1s applied. 2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 37, 1992, No. 2710". FIRST TWO READINGS
