WHEREAS Canada is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year;

WHEREAS in 1991, Port Coquitlam enjoyed a very successful Canada Day
Celebration by holding a number of activities and providing family
entertainment, children's activites, a Unity Run and a special show at the end
of the day;

WHEREAS the City's Canada Day Committee has some great plans for this
year's Celebration;

. AND WHEREAS to kick off Canada Day and in recognition of the contribution
each of our neighbourhoods has made to this community,

NOW THEREFORE I, Leonard M. Traboulay, Mayor of the Corporation of ‘The
City of Port Coquitlam, DO HEREBY PROCLAIM Sunday, June 28, 1992 as

"NATIONAL NEIGHBOURHOOD PARTY DAY"

in the City of Port Coquitlam in celebration of goodwill and friendship in the
City of Port Coquitlam.

McGoldrick of 2491 Wilson Avenue who had wished to address Council regarding
the FCM Convention could not attend the meeting due to unforseen circumstances.
