BYLAW NO. 2536

A Bylaw to amend the “City of Port Coquitlen Pound
and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020"

WHEREAS the Municipal Act empowers the City to regulate the keeping of arinmals
within the Municipality;

AND WHEREAS the City has adopted “City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal
Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020";

AND WHEREAS THE Municipal Council desires to amend the above mentioned bylaw;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 32B of the “City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation
Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020" is repealed.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment Bylaw, 1990,
No. 2536.”
