RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot A, D.L. 232 Grp 1. NWLD Plan 70646 trom C.D. To

CS-1.

And that a Restrictivsa Covenant be placed on the property
limiting its use te a gasoline service station and convenience

store.

COMMENTS:

This property was initially designated C.D. to facilitate
development of a smal! neighbourhood commercial centre. Owner
of the property, Shell Oil, have decided that a small centre
does not fit into their corporate plans. As a result the
company is applying to change the property zoning to CS=+1.
Their building proposal is for a smal! convenience grocery
store and gasoline service station.
