The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Section 56 of the “Development Management Bylaw, 1987, No. 2242” is repealed and the following substituted: Required Off-Street Parking Spaces: Off-Street Parking spaces shall be provided for each use of a building or structure in the amount set out in this Section. In the case of a use not specifically mentioned, the required off-street parking spaces shail be the same as for the most similar use: (a) Single-Family and two~family 2 for each dwelling dwellings (b) Multiple~Family Dwellings: i) Townhouses 2 for each dwelling unit ii) Apartments where the suites 1.5 for each one bedroom com Pa do not have ground level exits dwelling uait, and 1.5 for each 2 bedroom dwelling unit, and 2 for vach 3 bedroom dwelling unit, AND one visitor parking space for each five dwelling units. (The word “bedroom” includes a room that can be converted from other uses to use as a bedroom.) Dwelling or dwelling units related 2 for each dwelling fo commercial or other premises Boarding, lodging or rooming houses 1 for each 2 sleeping units fraternity or sorority houses or other similar uses.
