BYLAW NO. 2335

~- Bylaw to amend the"Port Coguitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
ch Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lots 5 to 8, inclusive,

District Lot 288
Group One
it Plan 2111

New Westminster District

; is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to M~2 (Clean
Tndustrial) and the Zoning map of the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coguitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2335"

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this ilth day of January,
1988.
