Way limiting the generality of the
foregoing, not to construct culverts, storm
water detention/retention ponds, open
drains or ditches along or across such of
the works as may at any time be installed
on or under the land without the written
permission of B, C. Hydro, the qranting of
such permission to be at the sole

discretion of B. C. Hydzo;

Nct to cultivate the land to a depth of

more than forty-five (45) centimetres;

Not to install fence posts without
pecmission in writing from B,. C. Hydro, and

then only under 8. C. Hydro supervision;

In the event of conveyance or lease of the
land or any part thereof or of any interest
in the same, in each such event to deliver
to the grantee or lessee thereunder a true

copy of this Agreement in its entirety;

Not to do or knowingly permit to be done
any act or thing which, in the opinion of

B. C. Hydro in any way whatsoever;

(1) might interfere with or endanger the
works of any part thereof or the

installation, operation, maintenance,

cemoval or ceplacement of the works or

any part thereof: or

might obstruct access by 8. C. Hydro's
servants, agents or licensees cto the

works on any part thereof: or
