DRAFT RESOLUTION

"That the Collective Agreement between The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitiam and the Port Coquitiam Fire Fighters
Association, Local 1941, of the |sA.FoF., dated for reference
The ist day of February, 1984 which sald Coliective Agreement
constitutes the wages and working conditions tor the employees
for whom the Union is the duly certified Bargaining Authority
to be followed in the calendar years 1983 and 1984 be ratified

and confirmed;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
Sign the said Agreement on behal ¢ of this City and to affix the
City's Corporate Seal thereto," |
