As the items mentioned in the report are only the considered
opinions of our people and we are not proposing to be experts

in the field; we would ask that the Parks & Recreation Committee
now request that the City Council conduct a Feasibility Study \
that would conclude the direction in which to proceed.

We do realize that the economic time we are in will be a major
factor in determining a course cf action, however we would
like to reinforce as indicated in our first meeting that we
are prepared to help raise the necessary funds and have in

fact already begun to do so.

We are always available for any clarification or future consul-
tation and would appreciate your faithful consideration in
pursuing this matter.
