March 26th, 1984 740 Alderman J.J. Keryluk stated that he had spoken to Mr. & Mrs. Pauker and he stated that despite their letter his information was that they would have no objection to the proposed development if a retaining wall were to be constructed along the east side of the subject property for its full length. *BL/02/84/03/26/04 Bylaw No. 2016: To rezone Lot 12 of Lot "E", Block 5, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 21201, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1. This property is located at 3691/93 St. Anne Street and the rezoning is being undertaken to bring an existing non conforming duplex into compliance with the zoning regulations. Mayor Traboulay advised a letter was received from R. & H Thompson, 106D - 3655 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. expressing their opposition to the proposed rezoning. Mr. Dale Stutt, 3680 St. Anne Street wes present at the Zoning Public Hearing and expressed his opposition to the proposed rezoning. He advised the present building is in a very rundown condition and was not being looked after and that he was not in favour of the duplex being replaced if it should ever be removed. Mr. Stutt also presented a letter from F.J. Rawlings, 3665 Oxtord Street expressing objection to the proposed rezoning. *BL/03/84/03/26/00 Bylaw No. 2017: To rezone Lot 2 of Lot "At", Block 4, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 18094, New Westminster District, being the property subdivided by Strata Pian NW 290 and containing Strata Lot 1, Strata Lot 2, and the common property; from RS-1 to RT-1. This property is located at 3448/50 Sefton Street and the rezoning is being undertaken to bring an existing non conforming duplex into compliance with the zoning regulations. No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing. *BL/00/84/03/26/00 Bylaw No. 2019: To remove the Zone Designation of A-1! assigned to the area shown on a plan of proposed subdivision of Lot 11 of the Fractional Southeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 4318, New Westminster District; which said subdivision plan includes the Northerly 3.048 m of Road shown closed on the Plan attached to and made part of the "Rae Street Lane (Plan 2012) Road Closure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2018" prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates, Professional B.C. Land Surveyors and shown on their drawing bearing File No. S$-84-5054-7 and to apply the following Zone Cesignations: (a) RS-1 to Lot 1, containing an area of 818 sq.m as shown on the plan of proposed subdivision aforesaid; and, ©
