A By-law te amend the "Clty of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1979, No. 1651",

_ The Muntedpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule. "A" of tho "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,

No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1l assigned

to:
Lot. 21, Block 1, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 1189,
New Westminster District;
assigning the Zone Designation of RT-1 to the said Property,
2. This By-law may be cited for ali purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No.

1849",

Group One, Plan 1189, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1.
This property is located at 2116 Salisbury Avenue and following
completion of the rezoniug procedures it is expected that the

existing dwelling located thereon will be demolished and a

duplex dwelling will be constructed.
