Westminster Local Improvement Project

Attached is a certification from the Engineer regarding
the above project. Council will recall that this oroject was
approved earlier in the year to replace the Lobb Avenue Local
improvement project which was rejected by the homeowners.

If Council accepts the report of the Engineer, the next
step would be for the Clerk to send out the reanired notices to
the homeowners. It would be our intention to do this local
improvement project as an early spring construction project.
