5. Clause (a) of Section 25 of the By-law is amended by repealing

sub-clause (11) and substituting the following:

(41) Yer day or part day a maintenance cost of $3.00."

6. Clause (bp) of Section 25 of the By-law is amended by repealing
sub-clauge (11) and substituting the following:

"(it) Per day or part day a maintenance cost of $3.00."
7. This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on
all persons on and ffrom the first day of January, 1980. .
8. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment By-law,

1979, No. 1695",
