Re: Building Inspectors' Association Conference

We have been informed that the Annual Building Inspectors' Conference
will be held in Victoria, April 30th to May 2nd, 1979. Nick Chernoff
has generally attended this Conference representing the City.

The details of the Conference are listed on the attached correspondence
and I would recommend that Nick be authorized to attend and that his
expenses be paid.
