The Fetition of the City of Port Coquitlam HUMBLY SHOWETH: 1, That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has by By-law No. 1016 sited as the "Flint Manning District Lot 464 Road Closure By-law, 1970, No. 1016" stopped up and closed to traffic certain portions of street, avenue, and lane therein described; 2. that the said By-law No. 1016 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of the City of Port Coquitlam on the Twenty-first day of September, 1970 and 4 duly certified copy is attached hereto; 3. That the Registered Owners and all pexsons holding a registered interest in all the adjoining and contiguous lands has consented to the closure of the said portions of street, avenue, and lane; 4. That it is desirable to close the certain portions of atreet, avenue, and ‘lane described in the said By-law No. 1016 to bring a building located on the adjoining and contiguous lands iuto conformity with the City's Zoning By-law by increasing the front, side, and rear yard clearances thereof and to provide a rearrangement of the road pattern: in the area necessitating additional road and lane dedications which said dedications are in process; 5. That by Resolution dated the Tenth day of January, 1972 the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam authorized the presentation of a Faticion te the Lieutenant-Governor in Council praying for che abandonment of the said portions of road and lane 80 stopped up and closed to traffic; THEREFORE your Petitioner humbly prays for the abandonment of the said Portions of road and lane described in By-law No. 1016 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and the vesting of title to the lane comprising same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, AND your Petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray, etc. AND dated at Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, this Eleventh day of January, Mayor City Clerk
