to attend the third day of her
husband's trial after she was
ejected Tuesday for an
outburst in the courtroom.
However, Ginzburg’s 70-
year-old mother, Ludmila,
was allowed in.

referred only to “testimony
by a foreign correspondent,

intelligence service of a
capitalist state."

Toth, who has since left the
Soviet Union, has denied that
he ever worked for the U.S.
Central Intelligence Agency.

told the closed-door session

absolute secret and con-
stitutes a state secret of the
U.S.S.R.”

The official said the court

Propaganda.

although his mother, Ida
Milgrom, 70, was still barred
as she has been every day of
the trial.

Washington welfare
cutback called cruel

and the recipients will have
to find jobs, says Gov. Dixy
