The following, Bylaws considered at a Public Hearing held earlier this evening, are now
available for third reading: :

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2885
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2886

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw for third reading to the
attention of the Council at this time. The Council may now decide whether it wishes to give

third reading immediately or delay it until the next meeting 80 that any representations made at
the hearing can be fully considered.

In order to preserve the judicit nature of the procedure it is not possible for further

representations from the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
