THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2/11 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” AUG 2 § 1302 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Those portions of: Lot 2, Plan 13559; Lots 4, 5, and 6, Plan 22267; and Lot 3, Plan 11395; Section 6 Block 6 North Range 1 East; New Westminster District; having an area of 3.24 ha (8 acres) shown included within Lot "B" shown on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof . is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to P-2 (Private Istitutional) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, Ne. 2711”. Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of August, 1992.
