A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Ll. That certain parcel of land gituated in Port Coquitian, British Columbia
which 1s more particularly described as:

Section 6

Towaship 40

Plan 30349

New Westminster District

ig hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot. Residential) to RS~2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitiam zoning Bylaw, 1987,
Wo. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes an "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2659".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of April, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council 13th day of April, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 4th day of May, 1992.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this day of , 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Munieipal Council of the
Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this day of , 1992.
