At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Daariage Holdings
Ltd. dated the 23rd day of May, 1991, FF TT RESOTVED that the works and
services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed
by the said Danridge Holdings Ltd. in connection with the development of the
lands described as:

Parcel 1 District Lot 464, Group 1, N.W.D., Plan 83207

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.

Riverwood Area Control Plan.
