Reserve for the recycling equipment.

3. That the City of Port Coquitlam amend the Tax Sale Reserve Bylaw to
include Transfer Stations in the definition of equipment.

l. That the City of Port Caquitlam award the road and water main
reconstruction contract on Westwood Street from Kingsway to Shaftsbury, to
Maple Leaf Construction Ltd., based on the tendered price of $634,507.60.
That an additional $6,000 for consulting engineering services for this
project be approved for McFlhanney Engineering Services Ltd.

That $240,000 be allocated from the Water Utility Capital Reserve Fund and
that | $261, 004 be allocated from the Roads DCC Reserve Fund for this

purpose.
