That the "actual value as a farm" assessment provided for in Section 28.
of the Assessment Act in relation to land used for family farming
operations be extended to’ land held for family fishing operations.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

. Presentation of this resolution to Council for consideration follows
discussion that occured at the Council meeting of February 11th, 1991 and
Council's instructions issued at the Council meeting of April 8th, 1991.
