COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARIMENTS : The following comments were received from the Departments noted: Engineering Department: l. Curb and gutter, Sidewalk, half road construction (3.25m), streetlighting will be required along frontage of Hawthorne from Reeve to Rowland. 7.0m asphalt road construction complete with street lighting on Reeve from Hawthorne to lane. Half road plus im road construction on Rowland from Hawthorne to Lane. Upgrade lane at rear of complex to city standards (5.6m asphalt). Hawthorne. Watermain will be in place on Hawthorne from Reeve to approximately half way to Rowland, this section of 200m main will require extension to Rowland. To achieve design flows, the main will require looping, this can be done by installing a 300mm main from Kelly to Rowland. The 300mm main sizing is a requirement as per the water medel. * e % B - 2 Extension of the Z00mm main on Reeve from Hawthorne to the lane will be required. A gravity sanitary sewer will be in place (by others) om Hawthorne in the near future. As this section of Sanitary will be shallow, on site pumping may be necessary. An alternative is to install a gravity main in the lane and tie into the 200 dia. main on Rowland. Site elevations will have to be checked to determine if a gravity system is viable.
