From the City Clerk, February 13th, 1990 regarding Attack Warning Siren -
Coast Meridian Road at Victoria Drive.

Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

That the memorandum of Agreement between the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada wherein a license
is granted to Her Majesty to maintain an Attack Warning Siren on Coast
Meridian Road at Victoria Drive for a term of 5 years from September Ist,
1990 together with an option for a further 5 year term be approved;

And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sizn the
said Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
