Highway Commercial Zoning District Text Amendments.

THAT Section 905 Highway Commercial CS-1, Subsection (1) Uses Permitted be
amended deleting clauses (k) and (1) relating to services stations and car
washes,

AND THAT Section 906 Service Station CS-2, Subsection (1) Uses Permitted
be amended adding a new clause (c) renumbering the existing clause (c) as
(d). The new clause (c) would read as follows;

Retail sale of groceries, and confections, occupying a maximum floor
area of 200 square meters, accessory to a service station use.

From the Director of Community Planning, January 19th, 1989 regarding
Development Variance Permit No. 4/89 for 3266 Coast Meridian Road.

THAT City Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding property
owners of this application and to place a resolution on a subsequent agerda of

City Council.

AND THAT City Council adopt the following resolution; that a development
variance permit be issued for Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 16 of the West Half of
the Northwest quarter of Section 6, Township 40 NWLD Plan 2324 to relax
requirements of the Sign Bylaw No. 2095 Schedule 'D’*.

Strata Title Application for 1851-53 Manning Avenue.

That City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse the Strata
Title Subdivision of Lot 111, D.L. 466, NWLD Plan 40253.

Fees and Charges.
