Fence on Public Property at River Place.

That the Greater Vancc-uver Housing Cownission be allowed to
retain the chain link fence adjacent to the dyke until such tine
as 90% of the units in the River Place developnent have been
occupied, provided that the City will continue to allow River
Place to use the public green space as part of the anenities of
the developtent, once the fence has been removed, so long as they
are prepared to naintain it. _

Carried.
