Re: 1931 Bantam Nacional
Lacrosse Tournatent

The Pore Coquitlam Niner Lacrosse Association has put in a bid to
The Canadisa Lacrosse Association, to host the 1931 Bantam Matfonal Laeresse
Tournarent. .

. We anticipate thac 40 teams froa across Canada will participate fa
this tournament.

To handle a tournazent of this size it will be necessary that beth
arena floors in the recreation centre be available.

We request that cur asscciation be granted the right te use both
arenas for this event. The timing cf the event is not final as yet but we believe
the dates we will require both arenis will be July 20 through July 27, 1981.

Obviously, the new arena wili have to be upgraded for the tournazent,
i.e. Mined for lacresse and lacrosse nets provided.

Also, we understand when aa event of nacional character is hosted,
that adjustment will be rade to the normal rental rates for arena tise.

. We will require the Young Reoc, Mabbett Boon and concessions avatl-
able to us.
