THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM ITEM IV Re: Bus Stop at Wellington and Patricia At the present time Bus Stops are located on the west side of Wellington Street, south of Lincoln and south of Patricia. These two Bus Stops are quite close together. The resident at the southwest corner of Patricia and Well- ington has requested that the Bus Stop in front be moved to the other side of Patricia adjacent to Wellington Park. The Committee recommends that the two existing Bus Stops be removed and replaced with a single Bus Stop to be located at the west side of Wellington, north of Patricia. B.C. Hydro Transit concur with this proposed change. ITEM V Re:. H.A. Roberts Industrial Development ~ District of Coquitlam Reference is made to a letter from John H. Haiste & Associates Ltd. dated September 10th, 1976 and to Drawing No. 1240-Pl. The proposed 20 lot light industrial development is in the District of Coquitlam and will be completely serviced from the District. The Committee recommends that the requested access from Bedford Street be approved subject to the following: 1. Bedford Street be reconstructed and paved to an industrial standard. The estimated cost of this work is $20,000.00. . 2. The District of Coquitlam confirm the type of subsequent industrial development that will take place. ITEM VI . Re: Proposed Subdivision at Prairie & Chester In July this year Council granted a frontage exemp- tion for a subdivision as outlined on Drawing No. 209-103. At such time as the proposed Zoning By-law is finalized, there will be provision for 20 fcot front yard setbacks for properties fronting on 66 foot road allowances. (The present setback requirement is 25 feet). The Committee, therefore, recommends that the 14 foot widening shown on Prairie Avenue be reduced to 9 feet.
